This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Scatter VR Terms of Service (the “Terms”), and describes how we treat information provided by or collected from you when you download, access, and use our Content. All terms not defined herein will have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

Scatter does not knowingly collect or store any of your personal information or data. That said, our service providers that make our Content available to you (for instance Oculus VR, LLC, if you’re retrieving our Content from the Oculus platform) may collect certain information about your use of our Content as detailed in those service providers’ applicable privacy policies. We may, from time to time, collect from these service providers aggregated, anonymized statistics regarding usage of our Content, including (without limitation) the number of views, frequency of use and number of downloads.
2. Accessing Our Content Through Third-Party Content
Our Content may be available through Third Party Content. The Third Party Content are not owned or controlled by us. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of each and every Third Party Content you interact with. We do not endorse, screen or approve, and are not responsible for the privacy practices, services or content of such Third Party Content.
